ABOUT THIS PROJECT
As a member of a team, our goal was to develop an online course named “Lead Strong for Managers.” This course, available for purchase from Instructure, aims to train managers within their respective companies. Our team was tasked with refining and updating the existing content of the course that has been around since the early 2010s.
The process involved scrutinizing and revising the old course materials to ensure their relevance and accuracy. With the vast amount of knowledge and experience gathered by the team, we were able to enhance the course’s information, making it more comprehensive and engaging. The result was a revamped “Lead Strong for Managers” course that offers managers the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and techniques in a convenient and cost-effective manner.
